The students will find a textbook
that is offered through iBooks for the given subject. The students will then begin to “update” the
textbook by revising the given content and adding their own content. They can add text, audio, video, links to
websites, and 3D models to the textbook.
After the students have “updated” their textbooks they will present them
to the class. The “updated” textbooks
can be used along with the current textbooks to enhance student learning and
hopefully get students more excited about and more involved with the learning
process. These “updated” textbooks can
also be saved and used for future learning in future classes.
